Black Arches Lymantria monacha Male at Rest

A relative of the Gypsy Moth, this is a woodland species in southern Britain, flying in July and August. It is nocturnal.

Parodia lenninghausii

This species used to be in Notocactus but it was moved to Parodia. I bought this as Eriocactus.

I found the EP-2 a nightmare, not least because settings frequently got "knocked", largely because of that crappy rear wheel. When my EM-1 was away for repair I tried to get back into using the EP-2...
