Re: Black Friday Deals: Which Survey

Exactly as I said!

In all fairness, I have no problem with the dealer for my car. It's a Suzuki Vitara (new style) from Chapelhouse and they've treated me extremely well so far (4 yrs).

Can't...

Re: Election Vote

Well, postal vote papers haven't come today so, as I'm away in the morning and for the next three weeks, I am unable to vote.
I would tick the 'won't vote' but as it isn't my choice I won't tick...

Re: Hello - possible mirrorless switcher...

Don't forget, there is always the superb M1ii if you find the M1x in any way a little too large or heavy.

Whichever you choose I'm sure you won't regret it. I haven't.

Oh, and welcome.

Re: Not another 'Painted Lady'

Thanks for the tip, Dave, that sounds interesting.

Any advice regarding tubes (fully auto) and best size for each lens or is it just trial and error.

Re: Not another 'Painted Lady'

Must admit, I'm finding that I am using my 12-100 Pro for macro more than I'm using my Oly 60mm macro lens. Possibly because it means that I only need to carry my 75-300ii and the 12-100Pro rather...

Re: Tripods

Ever thought about a monopod?

Also useful as a walking stick (if you get the right one) and even a safety stick for if you encounter snakes, angry dogs, brexiteers, politicians, etc. etc. :D

Try Googling Birds of ----- (the country you were in). You will find sites which suit you. Same goes for butterflies, insects, etc. etc.
