Re: Olympus Air A01

I usually use Phase One Capture One Pro for my post processing and take all of my photos in raw format. However, COP wouldn't recognise the Olympus Air A01 raw file and so I reverted to Olympus...

Re: A Noisy Miner (Aussie bird).

Great pics Ross. Those noisy little birdies (who deserve their name) are constantly in competition with rainbow lorikeets for the blooms of the banksia in my front yard.

PS: No 3 is also my...

Re: Gleneagles Station

Nice photos. - I like all the leading lines.

The first photo appears to be a bit underexposed, but the rest appear to be fine when viewed on my iMac. Why not take the photos in raw format as well...

Lovely photos Ross. I really like the one of the bird looking directly at you. Most unimpressed with you, I think.

Re: v3 Firmware for mk2 - updates for mk2, m1x and lenses

Sadly, that is still the case. Not that it bothers me. I never really considered it to be an issue. Until you pointed it out, I wasn't even aware of this "fault?".

Re: v3 Firmware for mk2 - updates for mk2, m1x and lenses

Yes it did. Happily so as I didn't really want to do it all again.

Re: v3 Firmware for mk2 - updates for mk2, m1x and lenses

Try updating the firmware through Olympus Workspace. I have just updated mine and it appears to be fine.

Re: Two Cellphone Images by the River

Mark, the old Zuider Zee has been mostly reclaimed and what was left was cut off from the sea and has now become freshwater lakes called the IJsselmeer and the Markemeer. - Well, at least that's my...

Re: Bathtime

Mark, as I said over the phone and looking at some of the other replies here, I consider it wise to update the firmware to the latest version. Some bugs / inconsistencies have been fixed and the...

The FB Holdens were built under licence in South Africa. My father had one. It was great for going up hills, but wasn't quite so good at going around corners. They kept producing them right up...

Re: Carshow

In the UK, "Holdens" are called "Vauxhalls". In Europe, they are called "Opels", whereas in North America they are called "Chevrolets".

Re: Long Tailed Tit

As are mine. - But we had a bit of difficulty mounting my PL 100-400mm on a friend's E-M10 Mk II, even though it mounts easily, but snugly, on my E-M1 and E-M1 Mk II.

I'll pass this info on to...
