Re: Scottish High Court Appeal

I make no comment whatsoever on the Scottish case in the OP. It is a matter for the Scottish Courts.

Re: Quiraing

Nice. I like the low-key treatment. It's a lovely viewpoint that one, one of the finest in the country IMHO.

We were up there, near Staffin, from 1st-8th June. By and large the weather was very...

Re: Scottish High Court Appeal

I suggest you lot read "Stories of the Law and How Its Broken by The Secret Barrister" (it's English Law though, so not relevant to the case in question)

It may transform your understanding of...

Re: 4 the beady eyed bug-hunters

I agree with the main thrust of your argument wholeheartedly, but I'm not sure about this comment

Done properly "citizen surveying" can be a great tool - for instance in 1974 a botanist Oliver...

Re: Adobe LR - no more updates - options?

Does that cataloguing include hierarchical keywords? That's a deal-breaker for me.

***update **** Forget that question, I'm having a shot at the trial.

***update of update *** Performance is no...

Re: Adobe LR - no more updates - options?

One problem I have with this Adobe subscription/continuous upgrade thing is that the machine requirements for software are inexorably creeping up and my machine is just about at it's limits - I've...
