Re: Devon and the EM1 Mk2

I wouldn't describe them as basic, you are definitely too modest. They are all nice but #1 in particular is lovely.

Re: Devon and the EM1 Mk2

The first one is my favourite - quite apart from the astonishing 3.2 seconds handheld! Nice set :)

Re: A few favourites from my recent Artic Cruise

Loved all but the Waterfalls - but looks as if you did catch part of a Rainbow on the second one. Sounds like a great Trip.*yes

Re: A few favourites from my recent Artic Cruise

Re: A few favourites from my recent Artic Cruise

I've logged into Flickr, and they're not visible there, either. "No public photos".

Re: A few favourites from my recent Artic Cruise

That's a nice set, Mark. No 1 is a spectacular view of the waterfall but would benefit from more contrast in pp. The last one has a great atmosphere and is my favourite. :)

Re: Thom Hogan review of E-M1ii

The sensor only moves in a single plane (the five axis marketing thing is a bit confusing) so IBIS movement won't affect the focus.

The issue with its interaction with shutter rate is simply this:...

Re: First BIF photos with EM1 MK 2

Nice to see pictures of a magpie. It's certainly an encouraging start with the new camera.

Re: First BIF photos with EM1 MK 2

That's a great start, but for BIF I would recommend you try to use faster speeds. Three of them were taken at 1/500 sec. I would suggest you use a higher ISO than 200 and keep the lens at F4 and get...

Re: Oly 75-300 v Pana 100-400
