Why not leave the 100-400 behind?
You can use both the 300 and the 40-150 with MC14 & MC20 converters.

I don't think you mentioned if you have an MC14 - if you have you can achieve 80-300 at...

I use an X-rite Colormunki Photo. In addition to calibrating displays this can also produce profiles for printer paper - so that your prints match what you see on the monitor.

macOS update & compatability issues

Today Apple has released the latest version of macOS = 10.15 aka 'Catalina'.

This OS version does not support any 32bit programs. Hence Olympus Digital Camera Updater and Capture will not work...

My SanDisk card has this problem. The write lock tab has become increasingly slack over time - I think the card holder in the camera is less wide than optimal and so the edge of the slot catches on...
