Nice clean oil. Same as the Metro as it gets changed every 600 miles. I've taken to using 90 percent sunflower oil and 10 dissolved lard to help thicken the mix. It's better for the environment,...

Oly says it is only compatible with 40-150 f2.8, 300mm F4 and new 150-400.
So you can assume it won't work with anything else or they would have said.
