Seems you have sussed it, just export as jpeg from lightroom, limit size as needed. You could add a generic touch of sharpening, highlight lifting etc to all the images and then apply it across all...

Just to show that your highlights are not completely blown I toned down the highlights and upped the shadows in Lightroom, there is plenty of extra detail in both, this allows you to get the contrast...

I don't have an em5 but I am sure you can try this.

When taking a shot the rear screen shows a preview, you can set this so that it blinks on areas of blown highlights and completely black...
