I said most lenses not ALL lenses, fast lenses are always biased towards the faster aperture as the designers know thats what they are bought for and these lenses are generally more expensive...

Anyone bought the Olympus 75-300mm mFT at £ 660 its not cheap and a big jump from the cost of the 40-150mm mFT.
Frankly I can buy a Canon 550D and a 75-300mm lens and have change!
