Re: Price guidence in For Sale threads

I agree that the particualr ad in question should be allowed to quiety run its course and drop off the radar.

Yes the price is excessive, in my opinion - however if the OP wants to chance his arm...

Re: Canon is better than Olympus - the proof is in the Exif

People always get hung on their camera system, always have, always will. That's the problem with general photographic forums like TP rather than brand specific like this one. There is always going to...

Life after Olympus

Well it's been a little while now since I sold my E510 and the rest of the gear and got a Canon 60d.

I thought I'd share a few of my findings with you all....

Re: Flash for macro insects with an E-500

I take it 'FP TTL' is HSS? (high speed sync)? FP is not a term I'm familiar with.

As for the OP's original question I wouldn't discount other brands of flash such as David has suggested.

I had...

Re: Flash for macro insects with an E-500

Im a bit confused! What does 'super fp' mean? And why do you need the fast shutter speeds?

If you could let me know I'll be able to chuck my 2p's worth in!

Re: What to bill a newspaper for a "scoop"pic

I must admit there are 2 things I don't know.....
1 - copyright law

Re: What to bill a newspaper for a "scoop"pic

Re: What to bill a newspaper for a "scoop"pic

Re: What to bill a newspaper for a "scoop"pic

When I had my E510 I upgraded my lenses and in the end only EVER used 2.....the 50-200mm SWD and the 12-60mm

If you're into reviews, about the only thing that DPReview had against the...
