Re: Introducing myself as a newbie to M1X ....

A welcome from me too. Nice to see another wildlife photographer switching to Olympus. Now, it would be good if Olympus could produce some 'DO' type lenses to go with the light weight concept.

It's always satisfying to achieve a nice crisp shot - a sense of achievement.

I remember my delight at seeing Saturn's rings for myself, even if quite blurred in the photos. I felt some of...

Re: Software updater

I suspect we are all suffering from various attempts to tighten up security on the web. A good thing in general but it does block some legitimate transactions.

Re: Software updater

I use Windows 7 64 bit with Olympus Workspace v.1.2 software loaded.
As I indicate below, it appears necessary to have at least one image on the SD card.

Simple instructions as requested:

Re: E-M5 III reviews

It's a bit like cars - you don't reject the whole package because you don't like where they've put the foglight switch.

Re: E-M5 III reviews

If you only do landscapes then the E-M1 Mk.ii may not be a significant upgrade for you.

For me, interested in wildlife photography, the improvement in speed of operation was profound. If I was...

Re: Loss of Exif

Usually, one stacks photos in order to change something throughout the stack, so the photo data will not be the same for each individual shot. It seems that Photoshop always 'loses' some EXIF data,...

Re: Four Thirs to MFT adapter - not made by Olympus or Panasonic
