Olympus OM System Filters

Hi all,

I have noticed quite a lot of wonderful OM system goodies changing hands on here recently and wondered if anyone was interested in a couple of spare OM filters that I have.

Genuine 49mm...

Re: VERY RARE 'OM 2 Series' screens

I can vouch for the brightness of these screens. I have them in my OM's and when installed in a 4Ti and coupled with a 50mm f1.2, the finder image is awesome.

Well worth the money in my opinion...

Re: Four Thirds 11-22mm lens For Sale

Hi, I absolutely agree with you regarding the image quality from this lens...it really is stunning. In fact it is the only zoom lens left in my collection due to this. I have been using Leica X...

Four Thirds 11-22mm lens For Sale

Hi all,

I have decided to part with my 11-22mm lens as I no longer use it. It has seen very little use and is in absolutely first class condition, no marks or scratches and fully functional. Is...

Re: lap top

I purchased a Macbook Pro for my photo editing. The retina screen is the best I have used on a laptop. The only real problem is that Macbooks cannot be upgraded so you need to consider the...

Re: CS2-SH Semi-hard ever ready case for E-1

I have one of these for my E-1 and have found it to be hard wearing (purchased back in 2005 and still in remarkable condition), spending much of its time being tossed about in rucksacks. It is also a...

Re: My Olympus family is growing

That is a nice collection - rest assured it will not stop at this :) Just think of all those exotics to look out for; 21 f2, 24 3.5 shift, 50 1.2, 180 f2...

I still have a nice little collection...

Re: do jpegs rule?

I think this has a lot to do with the jpeg engine built into the camera. My old E-1 continues to deliver superb jpegs and I rarely shoot RAW when using this camera. One the other hand my newer Leica...

Re: camera for life?

Some cameras I tend to bond with, and I guess this will be for life; this is certainly true of my OM1n and 50mm zuiko which I purchased 32 years ago. I still use them and will never let them go.

Re: Fair price for OM2-(N) and Zuiko OM optics

I can vouch for the 100mm f2.8 version, having used one for more than 20 years. Beautifully sharp and compact - precisely what the OM System is about. Not only were there coating changes to most of...

Re: So what compact cameras are you all using?

Leica X1 is the compact camera I use at the moment. I have found I have been using it more and more much to the detriment of my SLR's.
