Light leakage is an issue. Its difficult to get the gaskets on the rear or NDs to block light once the Lee ring has been butchered, and its even smaller, so I made a hood myself (no laughing please)....

using the 45 you won't hear it, but the ongoing AF function is visible in the VF if you are looking for it. Just tried the 75-300 and it's the same - slow and silent underlying...

Personally I prefer to use manual focus assist (magnification) than looking for the green light, so don't have any AF confirm adapters. Of course if you do get one then you can chose what to use.

I have had mine for just over a week and find it more comfortable to hold/carry for a period than the EM5, the built in grip certainly does feel comfortable....
