Re: Panasonic 100-400

I set my camera to S and set the desired shutter speed, e.g. 1/1000s, this will then auto set the aperture (usually to the widest) and auto iso.

Re: Ugly bug ball

Amanda,

The green spider is a Cucumber Spider. The long-bodied spider is the Common Stretch Spider. The remaining spider is a male, probably a Theridion or at least in the same family.

Re: Sold a photo!

Well done Amanda! :)

Re: 75 - 300 Mkll

Hi Mark.
I hope you don't mind me saying this but the shot you posted in your "Flying Duck" thread using the 100-400mm seems to have the same lack of detail etc as this shot. I am beginning to...

Re: Part I: One Bridge, Five Days - An Unplanned Mission

Definitely #3, but can't agree with Harold. If you took the rocks out I think you would loose perspective and a sense of reality. All nice shots though:)

Re: Part I: One Bridge, Five Days - An Unplanned Mission

Re: Panasonic 100-400 firmware 1.2

I use the Olympus viewer 3 and then go to update as if it were an Olympus lens and it will show the relevant Panasonic firmware (I haven't got a 100-400 but it works OK with other lenses)
