Re: 40-150 F2.8 Pro ergonomics

I believe that the suggested method is a more secure way of attachment, with less chance of accidently hitting the lens release button and uncoupling the lens with the converter already attached to...

Re: screen calibration software ?

Very True!
While I do use an older i1mk2 to calibrate my Eizo and NEC monitors. There will always be some variant to what you see on screen compared to print, due to the very nature of the mediums...

Re: Adapter failure

The truth is that using a 4/3- 1.4 or 2x extender, or the EX-25, also puts a strain on the mounts of even the 4/3rds bodies with the bigger and heavier lenses. I often feel the 14-35 alone puts quite...

Re: Dealer Sale - 90-250mm 2750

Unlike you Simon, I have kept all my 4/3rds HG and SHGs (9 in all) and only recently acquired the E-M1 and 12-40 pro, to have an all around lightweight kit, and to simply to take advantage of the...

Re: 12-40 question

I had been using the 14-35 SWD as my primary walkabout (replaced the 12-60 for outdoor use), lens on both my E-3 and 5, and also use it for art reproduction. I have always considered it the best of...

Re: Balvaird Castle on a cold day

great image .
since color doesn't work and the composition and contrasts are good, how about a Duo tone with a pale blue gray tint, to give the feeling of the cold you experienced ;-)

Re: E-M1 Lock up Poll
