With John Perriment in mind.
 
Anne and I were in the countryside yet again yesterday taking pictures of hay bales etc. In one particular field we both spotted a scene similar to those we have seen taken by JP at least we hope so. In fact I hope others too might share the scene below.

Driving to London from South Wales along the m4 there many such Abre Mort....Not sure what is going on....:(

You know me well, Barrie, that's just the sort of tree I love to discover and photograph and you've done an excellent job!

Apart from the oaks, it's a lovely tranquil spot and the nearby St Mary's church is interesting and picturesque.

Although it quite a trek for us, we've been a couple of times (and probably go again), just to see the oaks.

Oh yes, I know of the oaks but must confess I have never visited them.
