One must go!
Our rugby club took our P7's on tour over Easter, and in a moment of madness I bought the 70-300 lens the day before we went:eek: It was an unplanned purchase but I've been very pleased with the results, so no regrets. HOWEVER, being an unplanned purchase, I feel oblidged to attempt to recoup some of the cost SO....... what goes 40-150mm lens, on the basis that the 14-52 and 70-300 should cover 95% of my requirements OR my FL36 Flash, which doesn't get used that much, is a bit slow to recharge and will be replaced with a pop up flash diffuser. Your thoughts and advice are much appreciated.

My view, not being a fan of flashes, is to get rid of the FL36.
You'll probably get more for it than the lens, the 40-150 is good quality and light, and when you DO need a flash, I would suggest the FL50 which is more powerful and recharges much quicker.

Re: One must go!
Personelly I would not get rid of the little 40-150mm as the 70-300 is a bit of big beast and I find the 40-150 very discrete and light to carry when shooting candids when I do not want to stand out compared to the 70-300, or I leave it behind and take the 40-150 if I want to travel light.

I think I agree about keeping the 40-150 lens. If you don't use the flash very often then you're less likely to miss it.
