The odd shot
 
I like this stuff, it's great when backlit, but boring from the other side... Don't know what it's called however.

I like these Pete.
We have a native creeper in Oz just like No1 that we call "old mans beard".
I like the colour variations and textures in Nos 2 and 3.

I was also going to say Old Man's Beard, but I am botanically-challenged.

Yep, it's one of the Clematis (common name Old Man's Beard), either alpina or macropetala species. They certainly make good backlit shots.

Martin there are so many of these, in the hedgerows, I thought they looked "like a Clematis" but could not be as "wild" ? But I did use to gather them for a home made "Pot Pourri" as they hold the "scents" well and look so interesting :D
