Wow! Thank you everyone, I am very pleasantly surprised. I thought the garlic or apples would win.

If you are interested it tasted as good as it looked, especially when accompanied by hot, salty frites and washed down with a large glass of Norman cider.

Thank you to all for my highest place in one of these competitions so far. However my entry was easily outclassed by some superb skill in photographic artistry including the winner by Willom.
