    Mooching around Rochford today, this was the first image I got. Two versions, which do you prefer?

    2nd is slightly bigger, but cannot see any significant differences......

    Prefer the second...

      This is all about the composition. I like both. After thinking about it, if your focus is on the bloke, then the expanded view with the arched door front in the second is probably not the best as the arch competes for attention. Well-spotted by the way

        The 2nd one, for the same reasons Ian mentioned.

        I would also clone the extreme left edge, mirror it onto the RH edge to reduce the "distraction" of the edge of the white arch.
