Love the vibrant colour and diagonal composition of #1. ... none can suggest you straighten the horizon, eh? ! #2 These make very nice viewing, Brian.

Colours stunning - like #1 and #3 but find the background in #2 distracting. Maybe a closer crop.

        Re: Cheerful spring colour

Interesting comments of all these I find no 2 the most interesting image. I like the oof background. My suggestion would be to possibly choose a lower shooting point and get a bit more of the green stems from the daffs in the foreground image. Trying to focus the attention on the daff flower heads but just balancing them up a bit in the overall composition. I wouldn't crop closer in this case in fact for me some of them are already a bit too close. All this is just a personal view from a non professional so feel free to ignore it.

          Re: Cheerful spring colour

No1 hits the spot for me, great colour, composition is very nice. I would spend a little time to remove the stray grass in the bottom left. but that is very miner thing. Great shot!

No2 the background is to overpowering and the daffs look a bit sad.

No3 has great colour but for me just lacks a strong focal point.

No4 The composition does not seem as strong as No1 but done from an interesting view point.

          A nice set!
