    E-M1 II, 300mm f4 and MC-14.

        Many thanks for your kind comments Barr1e and Keith. I think the Mk II and 300mm f4 is a great combination, especially with the MC-14 attached (I don't think I could hold the MC-20 steady enough.) I wouldn't want to carry anything heavier than this combination but I can manage to walk for a couple of hours without feeling too much discomfort in my shoulders.
