    Re: Tweedy Bridges

Wow! Lovely photos. I must give some serious consideration to paying another visit back there.

      Re: Tweedy Bridges

The nearest bridge may be the one we drove over at Berwick. I stood on the front seat, head and shoulders out through the Rover's sunroof, shooting away as Sandra drove.
Out of curiosity, we strayed into an Anglican church during a weekday. We got into conversation with the sky pilot bloke who insisted on blessing us … I turned over a new leaf and have been good ever since.

Just bloody good, how many shades of good do you think there are!

Berwick Upon Tweed unsigned watercolour (artist unknown) bought at a junk shop for peanuts ,,, I restored it.
Sandra just told me that it's signed "L.R. Squirrell", maybe a railway poster, she says. (Very bright girl!)
