  • Snaarman's Garden Moments

Still here. Still almost retired. We have had a "busy year" but now things are slowing down and we can get out a bit.

Nearby we found Apple Court Gardens near Everton (Lymington area). This is a small but perfectly formed garden with a rudimentary tea shop thing attached.

It is at the start of the season so it's more about shape than colour (he said, talking like a gardenist)

But even so I found stuff to snap.

Now my photo gear is a pair of Pen F bodies and a tight selection of lenses.

That range from the 8mm toy fisheye up to the 100-300mm Panasonic Tele.

Most of these are with the 12-40 pro lens.

    Cheers

    Pete

Glad to see you are still taking photographs and still have a keen eye for interesting details.

We like Exbury Gardens. Huge, with steam train.
AIRC Exbury is the National Centre for rhododendrons and azaleas, so it's well worth a visit soon.

We found a one day only open garden near Beaulieu - and that was house and garden on a totally different scale. I imagine they had 15 acres of partly planted woodland. Astonishing..
