    Well, we waited this evening with many other folk to see the train etc passing through our neck of the woods. I was not happy to see just the engine, tender and one carriage, so in protest the image below shows exactly what happened when it came into view!

      I went up to an NRM Train Festival to see the Flying Scotsman. It was painted in wartime black and hemmed in by other engines and a throng of people. I took plenty of pictures but none were outstanding. I too share your frustation.
