  • Today in Gloucester

Went to Gloucester today as my wife was doing vintage at the Museum. Weather not good so I took the EPL5+20mm - very happy with the results.

Another attractive set....No 2 and 3 are my favourites of the set.
(I'm thinking the E-PL5 is a top street camera)

      Re: Today in Gloucester

      Thanks Brian,

It is a great camera and the 20mm really compliments it well and makes it a superb small street combo that does not draw attention as people tend to ignore it.

I am really happy with the results it delivers (should be as it is after all a small, well made pocketable EM5)

A great set Ian, wonderful compositions and colours.

By coincidence an aquaintance called me yesterday to ask my opinion on purchasing a six month old E-PL5 he had seen in LCE in Colchester at a very attractive price. Of course I told him to grab it quick.

        Regards.

she looked at me and said "It's official. I hate your camera. It's just so amazing and perfect I want one!"

I'm no good at this type of urban photography so its always a pleasure to see the work of someone who is, another great set for me, I rather think that #3 gets my vote for its strong graphic content

            Re: Today in Gloucester

            Thanks Brian,

I was attracted to the simplicity of this image and the blue wall behind seems to have circular movement in the texture that keeps drawing me back.
