    I have just got back from the doctors and he thinks I have got

    pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis

    but at the moment it's hard to say.

    I have a friend who had to take early retirement from his job as an Antidisestablishmentarianism lay preacher in Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysilio gogogoch, and moved to
    Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapiki maungahoronukupokaiwhenuakitanatahu in New Zealand.

    He had been diagnosed with pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis.

    I have spent a lot of time writing to him over the years ....
