Canon users using kit lenses - a blur of photographers
OM system users - a lightness of photographers
Nikon F users - a hammer of photographers
Hasselblad users - a complexity of photographers
                    5x4 users - a windbreak of photographers
Bean eating photogs - a breakwind of photographers
It's the image that's important, not the tools used to make it.

                      Re: A Friday Question

Surely the collective noun should be an annoyance of photographers.

Because, even if you are a photographer and like their company, other photographs are apt to be annoying by standing in your sight line or disturbing the subject.

Whilst everyone else is apt to be vexed with us for the clutter of equipment, our grabbing of the best viewpoint, and the fear we will turn our cameras on them.

                          Re: A Friday Question

For me in my poverty it has to be 'an Olygarch' - that at least also unfortunately excludes and possibily deliberately snubs all Canikon photographers who allegedly have more money than sense!

                            A Disagreement of Photographers

(It's the same with Music. You can spot the guitarists at a concert. They are the ones in the front row watching the band carefully and shaking their heads in judgement)
Look, I'm an old man. I shouldn't be expected to put up with this.

                              Get a group of pros shooting together and it can be any or all of the following;

                              a bitch of photographers
                              a backstabbing of photographers
                              a sarcasm of photographers

                              and it's always fun!
