I received some good news today, my recent application for the Licentiateship of the Royal Photographic Society has been approved. Special thanks to Shirley for her support, advice and encouragement.

That's good news (and it means you wont have to alter the posters you just designed).

But I suspect by the end of the day (or perhaps tomorrow) you'll hold a much more prestigious position.

    Congratulations

Ah, you noticed! At the time the result was on the RPS web site but I wasn't saying anything until it was official.

        Thanks
        John

Go for it Phil! I recommend attending a distintions advisory day before you apply, I learnt a lot to help with my application.

Congratulations John. I had a friend do this a couple of years ago and know the amazingly high standards the RPS demanded to achive Licentiateship.

Any chance of seeing your entry panel?
