      Thanks - I may well buy from them if no-one here has one to sell in the next few days...
      As for the lens itself - I had one a few years ago so know how good it is - kind of wish I hadn't sold it, or the 40-150 f2.8, or the 7-14.....

        Wise after the event, I know the feeling. I set out to own the PRO series of lens's, and have not regretted it. Still have a couple of older ones, which are still pretty good. But they just don't do the tricks that the PRO's do...………..!

                      I changed the status to Found rather than Wanted which is what we do rather than closing the thread as sometimes a follow-up comment can be useful

                          ok, so I may be eing a little slow, but how does one change a thread's status..?
                          I have had a look, and can't see anything in the thread tools.

                            Hi Steve, John's right, it's one of the things we do to try and help keep things running smoothly. We tend to scan this part of the forum every now and again and tidy things up
