  • FOUND Olympus 12-50 Lens (black)

I have just bought a new E-M10 and would like to try this camera/lens combination as a walk round lens. If anyone has one they do not need I may be interested.
    Thanks
    Gary.

While there have been the critics, I have found that lens to be pretty useful. It isn't as discreet as a 14-42 (being internal zoom & focus) but you can't everything. I hope you enjoy it.

These & others were with that lens.

I agree with Ross. It's versatility more than makes up for its slightly inferior image quality compared to the better Oly lenses. I tend to use mine almost exclusively with my E-PL5 although it's a pity the lens is so long (the lens hood doesn't help). I have often thought of selling it but together with the plastic fantastic 40-150 (it is almost the same length) and the E-PL5, it makes for a light weight combo covering the equivalent of 24mm up to 300mm in old money.

It's even a nice lightweight kit with the E-M1 as well. It fits nicely into my small(ish) Kata camera bag with those two lenses. Since my daughter has taken over my Stylus 1 that I would normally take to airport the above kit does it instead.
