    ooh heck and what with eBay Final Valuation & Paypal Fees it will need to reach £2,700 for £2,300 cash - and then eBay hold the funds until the buyer is happy

    The problem I had, was in email Mel said "since I got it 2 weeks/months ago its been sitting the shelf" and I thought, actually thats what it would do for me, here for most of the year ! I only want "IT" for a few bird trips - I can keep the £2,000 and rent from Ian ... with the £300 ... so its off to the Seychelles again

                      Yes I look forward to seeing what that lens can do as well. Well done it does seem to be quite a bargain. I hope the sale price doesn't sting too much David and hope that knowing it's gone to a good home and will get used helps.
