Thank you for your patience this morning. TapaTalk access has been restored.
It got a little breezy today, unfortunately with some bushfires in NSW too, particularly up north east & Queensland.

E-M1 II & MC20+40-150 f2.8 lens (I was too lazy to take the MC20 out so it was at 80mm).

Yes, very windy, fanning bush-fires to the north (with houses lost) & snow to the south. It's also brought down trees around Sydney (west) & just in, a large pine tree fell across one house & onto two others in Blackheath (Blue Mountains).
Out west of the Mountains at Lidsdale this fire also took off. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater
The flames are so scary, I dread this summer (including the next few months).

Yup, that's what our Eucalyptuses do too up here in Jockland.
Nice to know you get to enjoy some Eucalypts then. If buying & planting, just be careful about the size descriptions. We planted a Eucalyptus scoparia & it was supposed to be a small to medium sized tree. It ended up with a girth of 900mm around its trunk & I'm sure more than 15m high. It certainly had our neighbour concerned on windy days. Now we have a large water bowl on its stump.
