HELP! Olympus Workspace

I am having real trouble with LR6 so much so that I thought I would try Oly workspace, which does download my files, LR will not, it keeps freezing. But I now need instructions re workspace, cannot find anything on the Oly site. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
