I have dealt with the "London Camera Exchange" chain a number of times and each time put digital in as part exchange against new, they have by comparison with others been far more interested, knowledgeable and willing to deal.

Last deal they offered me a £1000 more than any of the others - needless to say, I went with them and had great prices on new kit as well - highly recommend!

Camera World http://www.cameraworld.co.uk/ are a reputable company I have dealt with and deal quite a lot in secondhand gear. They will give you an initial quote via their website. A number of other members have recommended Ffordes in Scotland as well.

Obviously you will get a better price selling direct but it's fairly easy.

They also include collecting it from you.

Unfortunately they were the ones not interested. Can't blame them, it's old tech now, and they might have a problem moving it.

Thanks, I have an ad and pictures ready to go, was just about to post it on here then got sentimental. The problem is the camera just feels so good in my hand it's hard to let go. I know the E-1 feels good too, and if I get a grip it will feel about the same.... Couple of days I should have it for sale. It needs a home and to be used, I use the PL5 most/all the time now.
