Best to wait for a deal. The Oly ones are better made which is why they cost more.David

I have the own user, and while it was fine to use for a while; once I borrowed a HLD4, I'd really not want to turn back to the ownuser.

Nothing wrong woith the Ownuser HLD4 unit. It does what it says on the box
and since i only use it now and again - the Oly price tag seemed too high.

Yes the Ownuser grip sat nicely on my E30 with the 12-60 lens. The only problem though is that everyone seems to think your a professional tog - which I definitely am not ! Benedict

well, dats a good things, as no one questions if you take pics, and pple will do anything you tell them to!
