  • HLD-6 Non-delivery

I have been waiting and waiting vainly for my battery grip to arrive and now nearly three months down the line it is still out of stock with Olympus UK who supply the company handling the promotion. Having previously purchased Olympus items with cashback offers that I never received I am now seriously p****d off and getting advice on trading standards from Citizens Advice Bureau.

Has anybody else got this problem as there appears to be only myself that has posted about this here?

Spending more and more time looking elsewhere!

Calm down David - I thought this had been sorted out? You know I'm here to help. Can you get in touch via PM to let me what has happened to date and on Monday I will work with Olympus to sort this out.

      Re: HLD-6 Non-delivery

It sounds like Olympus UK underestimated the demand for the grips (and the batteries!) and sold more cameras than they expected. My claim was processed, and the grip arrived within a few weeks as promised. Sorry to hear about your problems and hope you get yours soon.
