We're all stuck in the hotel bar waiting for our room keys... no teasing from me, just plain fact!

Hopefully behind the scenes is not going something like this:

Bob: "Dave, can you get the EM-5 samples from your car."

Dave: "Bob, I thought you brought them....."

Look forward to seeing hands on reviews of these beasties. I am still deliberately dilemmarising a pre-order with VP Spending.

Bad news - no final firmware so I can't post RAW files or full size JPEGs - only resized to 1600x1200.

Better news is that that shipping is now expected in early to mid-April, not mid-May as I had been told earlier.

PS still no sign of cameras!

Look, I'm an old man. I shouldn't be expected to put up with this.

We're getting freezing rain in this part of Ontario.
It's the image that's important, not the tools used to make it.

This may be a dumb question, but this "made of metal" thing... Is it a plastic cladding over a metal chassis, or is the outside surface metal, like the E-1 and like good old film SLRs were.

I won't be able to afford one until (hopefully) the prices fall, so I want to be able to imagine what it's like

Sorry about your lack of sun. We actually did have some sun (after many wet days without) & it got nice & warm.

I'll be looking forward to seeing results from the E-M5 when you actually get your hands on one, especially after seeing some photos on a French site last night (before they got pulled) that were very impressive. On seeing them, I think many people are going to love the reults from this camera.
