To our TapaTalk users, thank you for your patience and understanding, your service has been re-enabled.
Select the OMD button

Use the drop down box to choose the firmware version you require
Press download and save file on your PC
Create a folder called "DCOLYMP" on your SD card
copy the download to the card and RENAME as instructed on the screen of the website.
Thank you Mike. I now have OWsetup_64bit.exe copied to the SD card. I ran it and it simply told me that Olympus Workspace was up to date. I don't understand what I should do next.
Brian.

I think you were supposed to download the firmware from Light Snow Dev for the camera, not Olympus Workspace.
That firmware then is applied to the camera, with the SD card in the camera but only if you follow the instructions from Light Snow Dev fully.

Thank you. I now have Oly_e_120_1400_0000_0000,bin but cannot open it.
I think this is the correct file but now I need to know how to upload it to my camera?
To all you kind people who tried to assist me- thank you.
I finally went to a different PC , downloaded Olympus Workplace and updated my camera from there without any problems. Brian.

I'm pleased to know that you are now sorted but should point out that I explained what to do with this file in an earlier post and, in any case, it is all explained on the Light Snow Dev website.

I suspect we are all suffering from various attempts to tighten up security on the web. A good thing in general but it does block some legitimate transactions.
I only use Windows Explorer for another email (Microsoft) address otherwise it is G Chrome. So much more usable.
