  • Sticky front dial

Just got an E-m10 mark 2 and the front dial spins ok but a after a certain amount of rotations it gets harder to turn then sort of frees itself up a bit for further rotation before getting stiff again. This is more apparent with one finger operation when you are pushing on the dial from one side. Is this normal. Anyone else noticed this. Thank you in advance

    Re: Sticky front dial

I have the E-M10ii and I've never noticed this on mine so no, I don't think it's normal.
I can't offer much more advice than that though, sorry.

      Re: Sticky front dial

Sorry for the late response … I've not seen this

I would suggest taking it back in where you purchased it and voicing a concern and seeing whether they recommend sending it in for servicing
