This is discontinued camera, but some people are intrigued by the concept and it's my camera of choice so I thought I might share some thoughts here.
Pro photographers like their camera to feel like a solid piece of equipment, but I see it as something I can have handy in my handbag for those times when the cell phone camera just won't do.
Size and weight is for me the overriding consideration and Micro Four Thirds sensor with minimal paraphernalia seems the sensible solution.
Relying on the touch display of my cell phone keeps the price and weight down, but more importantly it gives me a remote view finder. Thus I can be be part of the scene but also it's nice to set the camera on a small tripod and take closeup macros or other shots from interesting angles without having to get down there with the camera.
For me it's a learning opportunity to take my photography from point and click... to actually understanding trade-offs like aperture, shutter speed and ISO without major financial commitment. If I ever do need to print poster size images I suppose I could hire more professional gear and apply the same principles, but in general the 16Mpixel sensor is quite good enough for what I want.

There are some limitations and some I hope to address if I can. If it's Ok with U guys, I will add them to this thread so anyone who wants to know more about Oly Air can find them in one place.
