  • A new Firmware update for several older models.

Don't get too excited but at least these updates do come through, even for the E-M5.

Looks like it's to fix incompatibility with the recent Panasonic lenses.

So on the E-M10ii these are the last 3 updates - as I don't own those Panasonic lenses I won't be updating and having to go back and reset my settings again.
But I appreciate the heads up - not least because I know what I would get if I ran the Camera Updater

        Ver.1.3
        (May.10 2018)
        • Corrected issue of autofocus (AF) function not operating correctly when using the "H-ES200" and "H-ES50200" interchangeable lens produced by Panasonic.

        Ver.1.2
        (Dec.01 2016)
        • Macro Flash STF-8 is supported.
        • Electronic Flash FL-900R is supported.
        • Improved stability of exposure when shooting videos.

        Ver.1.1
        (Jan.28 2016)
        • Compatible with Olympus lens with a built-in image stabilizing function.
          • * The camera body recognizes the IS built into the lens, allowing for optimal image stabilizing effects.
            • * Not compatible with 5 axis Sync IS.

          • * You can get the effects of rolling stabilization from the IS function of the body, along with the effects of image stabilization from the IS function of the lens.

        • Compatible with Windows 10.

It's called 'age'. It happens to all of us.
