Second PEN-F returned due to poor QA

The first one went back due to a poor leather wrap.....

Wex replaced it when stock allowed, now I've just returned the replacement for a defect in the same area, similar though not as severe.

One thing that did bug me on both cameras was the very loose front dial, very easy to knock accidentally.

Anyway........I've now given up, no more PEN-F's.

WEX tell me they are listed as 'discontinued'

I have a couple of Items bought specifically for the PEN-F should anyone be interested.
A Lumix 12-32mm and OEM New Half Case.

Like a crease in wallpaper, the crease on the [fake] leather-wrap would annoy me intensely.

Given the reported discontinuation of the Pen F, it makes me wonder whether the supply line has all but dried up, meaning they have reached the bottom of the supply chain barrel allowing the 'defects' to surface. I wouldn't accept one in the same condition. All defective stock should be inspected and sent back to the supplier for rectification, and only then offer them up for sale to the public.
