      Search the bargain bins in camera shops, new or used!

          It won't matter if they are fake, but it would probably cost more to make a fake one than a real one!
          They make F.A. difference to digital shots and probably offer more protection if not glass
          Glass it's self tend to absorb UV, even without the fancy coatings on your lenses & sensor.
          Even with a modified camera & very careful choice of lens for good UV tranmission it's difficult to get any UV to show!
