My 7-14 f2.8 has a rattle

Very upset when I picked up my 7-14 the other day (just taking it out of my bag as I didn't need it that day) and as I did I heard a rattle.

Had a look at the lens and a quick test - sounds like something has worked loose inside and the zoom ring is impeded. Wondering if I have screw loose....

Do I send it back to Olympus, to be looked, at using the My Olympus Web site just as you would a camera?

Taking it back to where you bought it from and asking for a replacement would achieve a much faster turnaround.

Exactly as Iain said, take it back to the retailer.

your contract is with the the original vendor as above, if you go to olympus you will more than likely lose any rights with your vendor.
