A lovely collection. It looked like a lovely day for a walk. I like the mix of colour and black and white.

A great set Huw, with some lovely colour and nice use of b&w, with that majestic Red Kite to finish! Thank you for sharing!

Lovely set Huw with fantastic detail and clarity in those images. What PP did you do to them?

It's hard to pick 3 favs from this set, Huw but 1, 5, and 6 are standouts for me.

That's an ancient mail box, George Reigns, I presume? I see you have Saturday mail clearance, presumably delivery also, but not so in Oz - Mon to Fri only.

Thanks Phill, these were RAW processed with Capture One 8 and resized and sharpened for the web with Helicon Filter.

Thanks Mark, yes probably 'George Regina' that must be the influence for the Saturday post Only joking
Actually out local post box collection for Saturday is 7.00am.... hardly worth it.

The post box image was taken at 'Well Place' (bottom of the route).

And here's the colour version of number 5

Ah yes, 'George Regina', I remember so well the image of King George VI on our old copper penny when I was a kid. (pre decimal)
And that shot of yours is so crisp that I almost skun my knuckles on the rough texture of bricks!

Wow! - 7.2 mi, that's a substantial walk there, Huw. I see it took you through what must be a number of charming hamlets and villages.
I must update the Orux app in order to track my rides.

The colour version of #5 brings it alive and says lots more, LOVE IT!

I don't think George woould have been happy. Regina = Queen......! Rex, my boy, George Rex.

Some very nice shots there. I particularly like "Tree Line."
