self portrait

Well I did not step back quick enough and have become the sec of our photographic club, was requested that I wrote a profile and send it in with a photo.
Went hunting through files..................nothing without a riding helmet on, asked Nick to take a few shots ...........God do I look that bad.Ditched them and decided on using the remote to-day and managed a good one.... eventually but this is one cracked me up I was not aware of Oliver jumping up

It's nice to see the faces behind the names

Re: self portrait

I have no problem because my avatar is my portrait on a bike in Saigon.

Might need to update though.

That's a nice self portrait of you Roberta.

Member Profile Portraits for putting names to faces is a great idea although some will prefer to remain incognito.
I have nothing worth hiding, hence the occasional postings of images that include myself or family.
Ian could create an alphabetical "Rogues Gallery" for members to post a picture of themselves so that we might better get to know each other by more than just a user name.
A more practical solution might be to include one's portrait in one's gallery with an AAA prefix that would place it first.

Re: self portrait

I think a self portrait thread would be good...we could all emulate the Lichfield pose with our best looking Olympus...as per the Shugborough thread posted by Swordfish
