Another little project from the shed down the garden.
First Arca style plate for the new toy.

Mounted on a home made clamp
Still a bit of a work in progress as I need to polish the bits up and then learn to anodise them for a more durable finish. I've also got to make some little spring loaded detents, as safety devices on the clamps, to save the plates sliding out by accident.
There's a slack handful of plates made now and four clamps as it doesn't take much longer to make four than one or two.
I'll bet it doesn't fit the battery grip when it turns up though.
Not really representative of the quality of photo that the camera is capable of, but straight out off the SD card and re-sized in Faststone.
