Last year 12 of us got together for a GRAND DAY out at Fort Nelson Wildlife; Farlington Marshes and the Oysterbeds with PeterD - we all had an awesome day out.
It would be nice to organize again this year - last year I made a huge Speghetti Bolognese and took it frozen for lunch - when we cooked pasta; broccoli and sweetcorn in our car boot on camping stoves and thawed and re cooked (safely to high temp) the speg bol too). We each took pop up armchairs and a few tables and camping gaz rings ... and it was a grand picnic on the waterfront.

I shall be making a special cake for pudding ! Here is one I made ... earlier
It will be a Monday or a Friday - so no summer weekend traffic problems
