Olympus controlling light tutorial

Surely the histogram is wrong in the Olympus tutorial. Or am I completely confused. When I dial in positive exposure compensation my histogram goes to the right and the shutter speed goes down not up.

He's got the histograms transposed.

Don't worry, Phill, you're not going mad! They have captioned the wrong histogram with the wrong data, so it reads the exact opposite of what it should do! If they employed someone like me as a proof reader confusing gaffs like this would be less likely to happen!

That was my thinking too but just thought Olympus and a visionary can't have made that mistake surely. There must be a few red faces around. Wonder how long it will take for them to fix it?

Even the best make mistakes. The man who never made a mistake never made anything!
